With Big Star down to just a twosome (Andy Hummel having left), Alex Chilton and Jody Stephens took to the studio to record Big Star's third album. Partly due to the unfinished nature of the production, and the uncommercial quality the songs, the album release was delayed and subsequently distributed in several incarnations with different titles over the years since its recording.
